過程:
Step 1步驟1:
Boil the Broccoli with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes
西蘭花用少許鹽煮5分鐘。
Step 2步驟2:
Heat some oil in a saucepan and add the chopped garlic, chilies and the anchovies.
在平底鍋里加熱一些油,加入切碎的大蒜、辣椒和鳀魚。
Step 3步驟3:
When the garlic is golden, add the chopped broccoli. Stir the sauce and gently simmer it for 15 minutes until the ingredients bind together.
當大蒜變成金黃色時,加入切碎的西蘭花。攪拌醬汁,慢燉15分鐘,直到所有材料都融合在一起。

In one pot add water, salt and bring to boil.在一個鍋里、加入水、鹽、燒開
When water boils add the Orecchiette pasta and cook for 12 minutes, after that take out from the water and add the pasta to the sauce already hot .
當水沸騰時,加入意大利面,煮12分鐘,然后從水里撈出來,把意大利面加入已經熱的醬汁里。
Work with medium heat fire, add parmesan cheese, olive oil, breadcrumbs and a bit of the water where the pasta was cooked.
用中火加熱,加入帕瑪森干酪、橄欖油、面包屑和少許煮意大利面的水。
Step 5 :步驟5:
Remove from the fire, put the pasta in a rustic bowl, add a splash of olive oil for finish and serve
從火上移開,將意大利面放入一個質樸的碗中,最后加入少許橄欖油即可食用
